Our Latina engineer shero has developed a power generating device, using nuclear fusion, that will cripple the oil and power industry. However, this tight knit family breaks all the rules to get their technology to the people of Chuco on the backs of their high-tech cars including the infamous General Z named after Mexican Revolution General Emiliano Zapata. One final race is one final chance to live long enough to fulfill a promise and change the world forever, Chuco style. But local law enforcement has deemed Daizee and the Dukes' family outlaws.
